24 HOURS ADVANCE CANCELLATION.
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to give your therapist a reasonable time of advance notice you will be charged 50% for your missed appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made. If customer bought a massage package; one one the massage will be deducted as a form of payment.
Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the onsite massage therapy policies and procedures. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.
The breast and genital area will not be massaged under any circumstances. A professional distance will be maintained from these areas. Also, hip & gluteal area will be massaged only on request.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.
EXISTING AND NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the onsite massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the onsite massage may be continued.
The client must also keep the onsite massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you in the comfort of your place. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment (more than 30 min late you will be considered a No-Show). Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS
Clients who choose to schedule a "same day" appointment must contact us at least 6 hours prior to their preferred appointment time (if call is not answer please send us a txt message and we will answer ASAP). Upon contacting our therapist, clients will immediately be sent an invoice for a deposit (half of the priced service) for their desired services. Payments must be submitted upon receipt of the invoice in order to reserve the appointment. Failure to pay within the hour of the receipt will result in the cancellation of the appointment.
