24 HOURS ADVANCE CANCELLATION.
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to give your therapist a reasonable time of advance notice you will be charged 50% for your missed appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made. If customer bought a massage package; one one the massage will be deducted as a form of payment.
Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the onsite massage therapy policies and procedures. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.
The breast and genital area will not be massaged under any circumstances. A professional distance will be maintained from these areas. Also, hip & gluteal area will be massaged only on request.
Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.
EXISTING AND NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the onsite massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that the onsite massage may be continued.
The client must also keep the onsite massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you in the comfort of your place. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment (more than 30 min late you will be considered a No-Show). Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS
Clients who choose to schedule a "same day" appointment must contact us with the time they desire to get the session to check the availability of said time. Must provide a credit card to hold time and, if appointment canceled client is responsible for the full price of the session. We work hard to help our clients and we expect the same respect and commitment to your sessions as we do.

As a small business our efforts are to provide the highest quality of service to every single client, and our time is valuable to provide this experience to as many people as we can. Because of this we are implementing a mandatory Credit Card information to hold down your appointment. With this you can save your spot, if proper information is not provided we are not going to be able to hold your appointment. Please have it ready when you give us the call. All payment will be process securely through Square payment.
